Although PARTNERS PARTNERS derives the preponderance of its profits from the purchase, sale, and temporary management of distressed assets, we also like to think of ourselves as real estate developers. The project that allows us to sustain this delusion is pictured at left.

Known as Project Optimus Prime, the building was designed by world-famous architect Fijk Loorheis and has never been proven to cause vertigo when viewed by the naked eye. PARTNERS PARTNERS is pleased to announce that the project has been tapped to star in Michael Bay's highly-anticipated Transformers sequel, Transformers 9: Buildzilla.
